Original artwork guarantee*

I’m confident you’ll love the quality of your purchase, but if you decide a painting isn’t right for you I’ll accept returns up to 30 days from delivery. Just contact me first, then place the artwork back into its packaging and return to my studio. Please use a tracked service where possible to ensure the product’s safe return.
After I receive the product, I’ll fully refund your purchase minus any international shipping.**— No questions asked.
*Excludes paintings marked “sale is final” and all prints. I don’t offer returns or refunds for these items.
**Provided the artwork sustained no damage while in your care.
Prints
I may make prints of any original painting at any time. However, you may not make any kind of reproduction of the original painting without my express permission.
Limited edition prints are strictly controlled and must not be reproduced in any form. This includes social media postings or use in any public material or merchandising.
Free print replacement
Although I don’t accept returns on prints, I will replace your print for free in the rare event that it arrives damaged (please let me know using the contact form here). I need to receive the damaged print first before I can ship a replacement out.
If I need to order a new replacement print from my printer then this will add a further five business days to the replacement.
Fast, safe delivery
You should receive your prints in 5–10 business days, but it can take up to 15 days outside the UK. Prints are shipped in flat reinforced packaging so that they’ll be delivered to you safely.
This refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. That means I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.
